So, let's see... Is it "anti-gay" to be concerned that so many men are terribly sick and don't know it? That the promotion of homosexual behaviors as "just another option" is the reason behind this? This is very sad... Yet our schools and culture continue to tell young men and women that anal intercourse is a legitimate and safe means of sexual expression. And as with abortion, this is hitting our black population the hardest.
Many gay, bisexual men don’t know they have HIV
By Mike Stobbe
Associated Press / September 24, 2010
ATLANTA — One in five sexually active gay and bisexual men has the AIDS virus, and nearly half of those don’t know they are infected, a federal study of 21 US cities says.
Specialists said the findings are similar to earlier research, but the study released yesterday is the largest to look at gay and bisexual US men at high risk for HIV. More than 8,000 men were tested and interviewed, and 44 percent of those who had the virus didn’t know they had it.
Overall, less than half of 1 percent of Americans have the AIDS virus, according to a calculation by the Kaiser Family Foundation, a research and policy organization in Washington, D.C.
But gay and bisexual men continue to be infected at much higher rates, said Jennifer Kates, Kaiser’s director of global health and HIV policy.
That’s why a new national AIDS strategy, unveiled by the White House in July, is emphasizing more of a government focus on men who have sex with men and others at the highest risk of being infected, Kates said.
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommends HIV testing at least once a year for all men who have sex with men and are sexually active, but research indicates more than half don’t get tested.
An earlier study in just five cities in 2004-05 found similar results.
The new study, conducted in 2008, included 16 additional cities. Researchers offered free testing to the men, interviewed them, and paid around $25 for their participation.
Black men who were sexually active with other men were more likely to have HIV, with 28 percent reportedly infected, compared with 18 percent of their Hispanic counterparts and 16 percent of white homosexuals.
Black homosexuals were also least likely to know they were infected — about 60 percent didn’t know they had HIV — compared with 46 percent of Hispanics and 26 percent of whites.
The MassResistance blog began in early 2005 with a Massachusetts focus on judicial tyranny, same-sex "marriage", and LGBT activism in our schools. We broadened our focus to national-level threats to our Judeo-Christian heritage, the Culture of Life, and free speech. In 2006, Article 8 Alliance adopted the name "MassResistance" for its organization. CAUTION: R-rated subject matter.

Mass. Safe Schools Program Directors Admitted Explicit Queer Sex Ed Needed for Kids
The question continues to be asked: Would “Safe Schools Czar” Kevin Jennings have expected the explicit content in the GLSEN Fistgate fisting workshop?
The DOE employees who led that GLSEN-Boston workshop in 2000 worked for Jeff Perrotti and Kim Westheimer, the program directors and coordinators for the “Safe Schools” program in the Massachusetts DOE since its inception in 1993. Perrotti and Westheimer published a book in 2001, When the Drama Club Is Not Enough; Lessons from the Safe Schools Program for Gay and Lesbian Students. They tell about the early days of the program.
In 1993, shortly after Kevin Jennings’ Commission on Gay and Lesbian Youth education committee report was released, and the state Board of Education unanimously adopted four out of five of his recommendations, the Commission:
… lobbied government officials to fund the Safe Schools Program for Gay and Lesbian students at the Massachusetts DOE. In its first year, the program provided teacher trainings, resource materials, and grant money to schools to help them implement the Board of Education Recommendations. …
The Massachusetts Safe Schools Program attracted a group of innovative, committed activists and educators. We were given a unique opportunity to develop a landmark program, and there were no models to follow. We started by asking, “What do you think this program should be about?” “Whom should we talk to?” “How do we start?” And people told us.
We spoke to DOE staff who had dealt with other controversial school change initiatives and who had developed statewide programs. We talked to students to find out what they thought their schools needed. We called our activist friends and asked them for help – people from the National Gay and Lesbian Task Force (NGLTF) and Gay & Lesbian Advocates & Defenders (GLAD). The Governor’s Commission on Gay and Lesbian Youth gave us parameters to follow, and we relied on the expertise of school administrators and teachers in the Gay, Lesbian, and Straight Education Network (GLSEN). Many of the people with whom we spoke had already been tirelessly working to create supports for gay, lesbian, and bisexual youth and to make schools, communities, and government institutions more accountable. The fledgling Safe Schools Program benefited from their wisdom and experience. [Perrotti and Westheimer, pp. 3-5]
One of the tireless activists Perrotti and Westheimer called on to help set up their program was Bob Parlin, Jennings’ lover, according to Jennings’ own memoir (Mama’s Boy, Preacher’s Son, p. 201):
… [in 1993] a line item was put in the education budget to create a program to implement the new policy [Jennings’ Commission recommendations, adopted by the State Board of Education]. The program – Safe Schools for Gay and Lesbian Students – would be the first of its kind in the nation. Having no idea how to design such a program, the department turned to us [GLSEN] for guidance, and a series of meetings ensued that were actually quite comical…. After several fruitless meetings, they [the DOE bureaucrats] realized they had no expertise or ability in this arena and decided to bring my partner, Bob, on to develop and implement the program.

Perrotti and Westheimer continue (pp. 138-139):
When the Governor’s Commission and the Department of Education (DOE) initially created the parameters of the program [1993], there was a conscious decision not to address sex directly. It was thought that raising the topic of sexual orientation in schools would be controversial enough without combining it with sexuality education.
There are limitations, however, in setting this narrow a focus when designing program for gay lesbian, and bisexual students. The safety and well-being of gay, lesbian, and bisexual students can’t be separated from sexuality and AIDS/HIV prevention. Obviously, safety refers to physical safety—the ability to attend school without being threatened or being attacked. For young people, it also means being safe to express and explore their identities, including their sexuality.
Currently [2001] most gay, lesbian, and bisexual adolescents do not have this kind of emotional safety. Many do not see themselves or their sexuality reflected in their families, schools, or culture. They do not have the opportunity to go through the typical dating, breakups, and other rites of passage that help young people develop a sense of themselves. In this absence, they may not feel empowered to make choices about whether or not to be sexually active and may not know how to engage in healthy relationships. They may not have relevant information about HIV prevention. Because of these factors, they may explore their sexuality secretly and be vulnerable to abuse.
The impact of this lack of safety is reflected in the epidemiology regarding sexually active young gay men. As a group they are at increased risk for AIDS/HIV and other sexually transmitted diseases. The Massachusetts Youth Risk Behavior data show that gay, lesbian, and bisexual students are less likely than their heterosexual peers to use condoms. …
To be effective, any HIV prevention program needs to include explicit discussions about sex. If adolescents can’t talk about sex, it is unlikely that they will be able to negotiate safe sex. The AIDS/HIV prevention program at the Massachusetts DOE has been at the forefront of addressing these issues.
New Year's Resolutions for Concerned Parents
Linda Harvey at Mission America has a good piece for all of us concerned parents. Here are some of her resolutions:
By Linda Harvey
[Excerpts:]
7. Children should not be endangered personally by sexually transmitted diseases allowed to rage unchecked through our under-30 population because of political correctness. They should no longer be told the outright lies that life-threatening and/or debilitating infections can be managed through either latex or life-long, expensive drug therapy. Let’s not leave them with rampant infertility due to “everyone’s” reproductive damage. We need to establish a public health system that deals with reality.
4. We must pledge to overhaul the schools we are paying for. Let’s start sending our children to Christian schools, conservative charter schools, or begin home schooling them, while we simultaneously evict our local NEA-backed public school boards and replace them with smart soccer moms and dads who have true family values. Let’s get the radicals out of our taxpayer- funded classrooms, and refuse to vote for one more levy guaranteeing the same old anti-Christian, socialist, Darwinist, hyper-sexualized, and phony “green” school curricula.
3. As responsible stewards, we must continue to demand that U.S. Department of Education ‘safe schools’ czar Kevin Jennings be fired for his lack of experience plus his known radical, sexually corrupt ideology. Let’s also eject Obama’s Chicago crony, DOE Secretary Arne Duncan, and all public officials whose track records attest to “poor education as usual” policies. Where’s the commitment to genuine child safety? Let’s make plans to fire Barack Obama at least by 2012, too, while we are at it, before he does any more damage to the next generation.
2. Get all pro-homosexual and pro-promiscuity programs, literature, teachers, and counselors out of every school now. Remove “gay” clubs, Planned Parenthood at health fairs, and GLSEN- PFLAG- SIECUS activists. Cease all condom demonstrations, abortion referrals, on-site birth control dispensing, sexual orientation affirmation, and messing with children’s hearts, minds and bodies. Demand that schools uphold the traditional value of heterosexual identities, teach abstinence- until- marriage, and celebrate male/ female gender differences.

The Attack on Christmas Continues – Boston Style
Ready for a Boston-style assault on Christmas? Check out “The Slutcracker” coming to the Somerville Theatre. It’s a celebration of strippers, sadomasochism, transsexuals, and “the carefree realm of sexual fantasy.” Of course, the blurbs in Boston Magazine, the Boston Herald, or the Boston Globe only hint at how raunchy it is.
Unbelievably, the Boston Herald even jokes about sexual abuse of children in its Holiday Arts Preview:
And if the Santa Claus in your life needs some lovin’, “The Slutcracker” may be just the thing to set the mood. A parody retelling of the classic, written and directed by Vanessa White, this sexy, freaky, holiday, zeitgeist spectacular runs at the Somerville Theatre Dec. 10-20. Let’s just hope Drosselmeyer doesn’t do anything illegal with the kids.
Bringing Burlesque back to Boston, The Slutcracker dance-theater production features can-can dancers, drag kings, hoopers, ballerinas, acrobats, belly dancers, and more. In the "adults only" performance, the virginal Clara takes a detour from her trip through The Land of Snow and The Land of Sweets to embark on a journey into her own sexual awakening.
A photo from the 2008 production rehearsal illustrates the S+M content:
Instead of dancing around a nutcracker, "Slutcracker" provides a giant candycane dildo:
All worthy of praise from the Boston press:
Instead of dancing around a nutcracker, "Slutcracker" provides a giant candycane dildo:
All worthy of praise from the Boston press:
“This is some next-level shit.” – Boston Phoenix
“Destined to be a holiday classic.” – Fox 25 News
The Boston Globe recommends “Slutcracker” along with other “edgy” holiday time shows, beginning with a mention of a "holiday" event at the vile Ramrod gay bar. Also:
The Salem Theatre Company is offering … Jeff Goode’s “The Eight: Reindeer Monologues,’’ a show open only to audience members 18 and older. “Monologues’’ follows a scandal at the North Pole when one of Santa’s reindeers accuses him of sexual harassment. The company is calling its holiday programming “Naughty & Nice.’’ Gary LaParl, the Salem company’s executive director [says] “Christmas isn’t always about the nice stuff. We wanted to do something a little edgier.’’ The same can be said for “The Slutcracker,’’ a holiday burlesque show running at the Somerville Theatre next month. It’s definitely only for viewers 18 and older.
The “carefree sexual fantasy” show stars a troupe of strippers and a transsexual male-to-female stripper who brags of working “in NYC as a professional domme for various houses of domination” and proudly relates his “safe sex” education work:
I began volunteering at Gay Men’s Health Crisis as a Peer for the House of Latex Project in 1998 and eventually became a full time staff member. I was “Big Sis” of the House of Latex, a legendary ever-walking, ever-serving HIV prevention and education house that represents at balls within the ballroom community.... I have been an advocate for the health and wellness of the Transgender community and Sex Industry workers since 1997. I am very well-known and respected within the LGBTQ community nationally.... I became a full-time staff member at Cambridge Cares About AIDS in March 2009 as the Health Educator and Web Designer of TransCEND; a community-based HIV prevention and health education program of Cambridge Cares About AIDS (CCA) by and for transgender women. TransCEND provides 1 on 1 counseling and group support, HIV counseling and testing, referrals to transgender friendly legal and medical providers, safer sex and injection supplies, hygiene products, complimentary cosmetics and have a welcoming community safe space.
Massachusetts taxpayer funds have gone to Cambridge Cares About AIDS (associated with AIDS Action Committee of Mass.). Note that this transsexual exhibitionist is listed as Health Educator/Web Designer for the TransCEND program at "Cambridge Cares About AIDS."

WHO IS JOHN AUERBACH? Is he qualified to be Commissioner of Public Health?
The Massachusetts Commissioner of the Department of Public Health would hold enormous power if Bill S2028 (pandemic disaster preparation) is passed. He already has the power to define what diseases are a danger to public health and subject to vaccination requirements, isolation and quarantine orders. One would think that someone with a medical degree (preferably along with a public health expertise) would have the job of Commissioner.
Well, this is Massachusetts. Our Commissioner has a BA from Clark University and an MBA (with a concentration in health care administration) from Boston University School of Management. But no medical background. But he's been a factory worker, a labor organizer, and head of the DPH HIV/AIDS office.
(An example of Auerbach's contribution to public health is The Little Black Book: Queer in the 21st Century, a homo-erotic how-to for young men, including a directory of gay bars in Boston. Published by the AIDS Action Committee of Mass., it thanked two governmental groups he ran or worked with for their help: The Boston Public Health Commission and the DPH.)
Auerbach has pledged his support for the homosexual and transgender propaganda in the Massachusetts public schools. MassResistance reported in December 2008:
Commissioner Auerbach replied that he wants to advance "transgender health" while they have the opportunity. He applauded the commission's [on Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgender Youth] attention to trans health and said "We will listen to your recommendations." Gunner Scott (a woman GLBT Commissioner with a beard and sideburns) stated that she wants the DPH to consider trans people for leadership roles within DPH. Auerbach agreed.... Gunner added that she wants the terms "gender identification" and "gender expression" used in the DPH policies. Auerbach agreed, and said they'll make sure that this happens.
The Harvard Medical School's Office for Diversity and Community Partnership gave him a "social justice" award in 2008 and noted:
As Commissioner, he heads a Department with 3,100 employees that includes four public health hospitals, the State Laboratory, several regulatory bodies, and numerous programmatic units addressing chronic and infectious disease, substance abuse, environmental health, tobacco control, children and adolescent health, and emergency preparedness. He is the Chair of the Public Health Council, the State’s Health Policy Board, and a member of the Governor’s Anti-Crime Council.
The Boston Globe reported:
He had gained national prominence in public health circles by championing sometimes-controversial causes such as banning smoking in bars and restaurants and, more recently, reviewing whether the city should ban trans-fats from restaurants and bakeries. Auerbach also directed a groundbreaking campaign to address ethnic and racial disparities in healthcare, which his boss, Mayor Thomas M. Menino, declared as the most pressing medical issue in the city.
Auerbach's appointment arrives a week after Patrick announced a $72 million increase in public health spending, with the money being used to expand childhood vaccinations and disease-prevention campaigns.
From the DPH web site:
Commissioner John Auerbach, DPH
How did you get into this field?
My first job in public health was working in the community health center in my neighborhood in Dorchester. I was so impressed with the incredible work that was being done at the center that I wanted to stay in the field.
Who would you consider to be your mentor and why?
I have had a few wonderful mentors. I am most indebted to David Mulligan, the former commissioner of Public Health in Massachusetts, for whom I worked in one capacity or another for almost 20 years. I had the benefit of observing firsthand his brilliant strategic thinking and his skillful, compassionate leadership style. Another invaluable mentor was Boston Mayor Thomas Menino, with his unique combination of first-rate political acumen, heart-felt concern for the most vulnerable and very effective leadership ability.
- What quote do you live by?
- Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere. (Martin Luther King Jr., Letter from Birmingham Jail, April 16, 1963)
What has been the most memorable moment of your career?- Certainly one of the most memorable occurred when I was the Executive Director of the Boston Public Health Commission. After many months of collaborative planning, a coalition unveiled the set of action steps to eliminate racial and ethnic disparities in health. Initially it seemed unrealistic to think that a city health department could have an impact on such a major problem — which involved many other factors outside of the control of our department such as jobs, housing and schools. Yet many people and organizations were prepared to contribute to taking concerted action — redirecting millions of dollars, supporting scores of contracts and training thouands of people. It was inspiring to see the support for such a worthwhile effort.
Can you share an interesting fact about yourself that your colleagues wouldn’t necessarily know?- My first job after college was as a labor organizer in a shoe factory in the Boston area. As such, I worked on an assembly line for years and came to understand first hand the unsafe working conditions and low salaries that the workers endured — as well as the positive results that were possible under the right set of circumstances. The lessons and skills that I learned from these years have been invaluable in my work in public health.
Is there anything you’d like people to know about your agency?- Much of the work of the Department is unheralded because it involves prevention and the minimization of health risk — something that is difficult to quantify. The work of our dedicated staff results in the avoidance of disease and premature death and the guarantee that air, water and food are safe. The Department has hundreds of unsung heroes.

HIV/AIDS Exempted from Pandemic Control Bill H2028
The pandemic emergency bill S2028 makes an exception for one specific disease, HIV/AIDS, from isolation and quarantine strategies. See lines 456-458:
In this section [re: isolation and quarantine], “disease or condition dangerous to the public health” does not include acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS) or the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV).
While it doesn’t make sense to forcibly isolate or quarantine HIV/AIDS carriers, why not employ some of the other strategies enumerated in this bill to contain disease, such as:
- mandatory testing for the disease (lines 423-424).
- entry into premises (without warrant), where it’s suspected the disease is being communicated to others, and closing the premises or forbidding “assemblages of persons” there (lines 78-84 and 351-367).
After all, AIDS activists are always saying more needs to be done to combat the “epidemic”.
Well, our Department of Public Health would never do that, as it would “stigmatize” people with HIV/AIDS. How how could the state possibly condone targeting of gay bars, houses of prostitution, or drug dens where the disease is clearly spread? That would be an outrage on the scale of Stonewall! It would be interfering with freedom of choice and expression! How could it possibly recommend HIV/AIDS testing -- even before the “marriage” of two men? (In fact, the DPH under Governor Romney eliminated all STD testing before marriage. See Ch. 388 of Acts of 2004.)
The DPH believes it’s enough to push condom use and frequent HIV testing.
Is it just a coincidence that our Commissioner of Public Health, John Auerbach, is openly homosexual and “married” to another man?
What is truly frightening is the amount of power the DPH Commissioner would hold in time of a declared health emergency if S2028 is passed.

GLBT Leader Admits HIV/AIDS a "Gay" Disease
See Americans for Truth, AFA-Michigan, AFTAH Welcome Gay Task Force Admission: ‘HIV Is a Gay Disease’ for a thorough report.
Also, Matt Barber, Policy Director for Cultural Issues at Concerned Women for America, just released this (2-14-08):
Top “Gay” Organization Comes Clean: “HIV is a gay disease.”
Washington, D.C. — In a public statement last Friday, Matt Foreman, outgoing Executive Director of the National Gay and Lesbian Task Force, rattled the homosexual activist community by joining the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), pro-family organizations and a growing number of homosexual activists willing to admit that homosexual behavior is both extremely high-risk and primarily responsible for the spread of HIV/AIDS in the U.S.
Addressing the topic of AIDS, Foreman drastically deviated from the “gay” lobby’s party line by admitting, “Internally, when these numbers come out, the ‘established’ gay community seems to have a collective shrug as if this isn’t our problem. Folks, with 70 percent of the people in this country living with HIV being gay or bi, we cannot deny that HIV is a gay disease. We have to own that and face up to that.”
A little over a year ago, Lorri Jean, CEO of the Los Angeles-based Gay and Lesbian Center, similarly shocked the “gay” community by stating that, “HIV is a Gay Disease. Own it. End it.”
Foreman’s admission comes on the heels of a letter from Matt Barber, Concerned Women for America’s (CWA) Policy Director for Cultural Issues, inviting Foreman and other homosexual activists to work together in discouraging homosexuals from engaging in the high-risk behaviors researchers recently determined are responsible for the epidemic spread of a potentially deadly strain of staph infection [MRSA] among certain segments of the “gay” community. Disease and Abortion
[Comments from Colonel Randy:]
A recent Reuters article informs us that HIV is not that ubiquitous, global killer-threat as hyped by the media. See "Under 1 percent of U.S. adults have HIV: report." Some numbers/stats paint an interesting picture:
*About 1/2 of 1% of the US population has HIV/AIDS.
*About 0.55% or slightly more than 1/2% of the world population dies from HIV annually (33 million deaths worldwide).
Consider the following:
*MRSA is now being spread epidemically in the promiscuous heterosexual and "gay" communities. There are people at CDC that are really worried about MRSA becoming a killer epidemic if it breaks out of the controlled medical environment and into the general public.
*H5N1, Bird Flu is uncontrolled in the Third World and is expected to mutate into a human form soon... some epidemiologists say that it already has. This flu strain could become a plague.
*Mad Cow disease not yet controlled and the meat supply is still at risk from various forms of cattle feed supplements still on the market parts of the world.
*There are many other hideous diseases like Ebola waiting to be unleashed.
All of the above are awful but now consider the following:
* Approximately 8 million die from hunger every year and 800 million suffer from hunger every year.
* 46 million babies are sacrificed to abortion each year [0.76% a much larger percent than from HIV], that's 46 million victims who never took their first breath, never committed a sin, made a mistake or even offended anyone.
Hunger is preventable. It is publicized but we do not act. Why should we be moved to act? After all, abortion is legal and encouraged throughout the "developed" world.
Abortion is not only preventable it is criminal. You can only read this because your mother "chose" to give you life and not to have you aborted.
How much is spent advertising and providing Planned Parenthood abortion services and procedures, versus how much is spent, for example, on HIV/AIDS research?
It is said that in the news, "If it bleeds, it leads." If this is true, why are the details of HIV/AIDS published, but the tragic effects of abortion on humanity not published? Why is it still acceptable to kill innocent babies? Contradictions we will all have to answer for on that last day...

Reuters 1-29-08
About one-half of one percent of young adults living in homes in the United States are infected with the AIDS virus, around 600,000 people, the National Center for Health Statistics reported on Tuesday. The agency's snapshot of HIV infection in the United States shows the rate continues to be stable and confirms other surveys that show black men are far more likely than other Americans to be infected....
Men were more likely to be infected (0.7 percent) than women (0.2 percent). People infected with the herpes simplex type 2 virus, known as genital herpes, were 15 times more likely to also be infected with HIV, according to the report ... Black men aged 40 to 49 had the highest rate of infection, at close to 4 percent, the survey found....
