More on Kevin Jennings' Tectonic Theater Connection

Kevin Jennings, Obama’s “Safe Schools Czar,” is President of the Board of the Tectonic Theater Project. Tectonic’s most famous product is the pro-homosexual propaganda play, “The Laramie Project.” Tectonic claims that "Laramie" is “the second most performed play in high schools and colleges.”
Jennings’ position on Tectonic’s board once again confirms his animosity towards Bible-believing religious citizens -- and reveals one of his most important tactics for pushing the GLBT agenda in the schools.
We first reported Jennings’ direct connection to “The Laramie Project” yesterday. WorldNetDaily has picked up on the import of the Safe Schools Czar’s direct connection to this prime piece of theater propaganda.
Moises Kaufman, director of Tectonic and primary author of “The Laramie Project,” confirmed his anti-religious sentiments and branded anyone who doesn’t agree with him as a “homophobe” in a Kalamazoo “gay” newspaper (Pride Source, Feb. 28-Mar. 5, 2008). Excerpts:
Kaufman and his team crafted the play “The Laramie Project,” which has since been performed by over 100,000 people … He said the play is now the second most performed play among high schools and colleges. [Kaufman also claims the play has touched 40 million people.]
High school is the best place for this play to be performed. It is so moving to me that high school students are leading a profound dialogue in the community.”
Kaufman, who has written [Fred] Phelps into his play because the minister showed to protest Shepard’s funeral, had an observation on the controversial minister. “What he’s doing is articulating what many religious institutions feel. So much of homophobia is being fueled by religious beliefs. We still have a long way to go. There is so much misinformation.”
He said during the process of putting together “The Laramie Project,” his team noticed that about 85 percent of the time someone said something homophobic, they supported or mentioned the church a line or two down. He said that homophobia is pushing LGBT people away from religion.
“People know it’s not OK to speak certain things anymore, but they still think and act them.”
Kaufman said fighting homophobia is not work just for the LGBT community. “If you are not part of the solution you are part of the problem.”
“You better get to working on this [LGBT rights] because you don’t know if your children are going to need it.”  [Emphasis added.]
A primary funder of "Laramie" is the Rockefeller Foundation

AFA Report 2001: GLSEN Links Children to Dangerous Websites and Adults

Time to reread one of the best summaries we’ve seen on what Kevin Jennings’ GLSEN and other homosexual activist groups are actually doing in the schools. Ed Vitagliano wrote this in 2001 in the American Family Association Journal.

Targeting Kids; Part Three: Activists Encouraging Experimentation
(American Family Association, AFA Journal, May 2001.)
EXCERPTS:
What do kids find when they access the homosexual activist groups provided as resources by the [school] pamphlet? … [In Seattle,] GLSEN’s home page was an Internet doorway into every sort of pro-homosexual venue imaginable.
One GLSEN link, for example, was to a website that welcomed young people “who are searching out their sexual orientation.” It asked young visitors, “Do you feel that you might be bisexual, gay, or lesbian? This is the place for you.” (Emphasis added by Vitagliano.)
What important information was provided to these young people? Pictures of naked same-sex teenagers embracing, a homosexual dating service where gay youth could find “partners or friends of the same sexual orientation,” and chat rooms where homosexual youth could meet others.
… other perversions accessible from GLSEN’s web page included homosexual pornography, stories which included same-sex incestuous acts between fathers and sons, videos on sadomasochism, and listings for phone sex and live sex shows. Also available were free images showing naked men, genitalia, and oral sex acts.”
Thus young people, who may truly be confused about their sexuality or simply curious, are literally “funneled” from schools through supposedly protective activist groups into the world of the homosexual lifestyle. And once there, susceptible children can be lured into homosexual pornography, same-sex friendships and, ultimately, participation in homosexual activity. …
“Fresh meat” for homosexual adults
But experimentation among teens and their peers is not the only concern for parents. Teens confused about their sexuality often consummate their first same-sex experience with an older homosexual, and statistics demonstrate that such first sexual experiences are a powerful force for molding sexual identity.
Journalist David Lipsky spent nine months traveling the U.S. and interviewing homosexual teenagers about their lifestyles, culminating in an article written for Rolling Stone. Although the tone of Lipsky’s article was sympathetic to homosexual youth, one of the things he found was a fluid interaction between homosexuals of different ages.
In Altanta, for example, Lipsky said, “Young gay life functions as a kind of adjunct to adult gay life, with a lot of back-and-forth slippage.” There is even a lexicon of terms that describe the sexual interplay between adults and young homosexuals. One of those terms is “chicken hawk,” which describes adult male homosexuals who try to have sex with teens who have just come out of the closet – who are thus “chickens,” or “fresh meat.” …

Kevin Jennings: President of Board of Radical "Tectonic Theater Project"

Kevin Jennings, Obama’s “Safe Schools Czar,” is President of the Board of the Tectonic Theater Project (according to his Education Department bio).
Laramie Book cover.jpg
This is the production company behind the insidious GLBT propaganda play, “The Laramie Project,” which exploits the brutal murder of Matthew Shepard as a “hate crime” and leads kids directly to groups promoting GLBT causes. It is performed in high schools and colleges across the country. Tectonic also produces other plays focusing on homosexuality and transgenderism.
In 2007, MassResistance published a detailed report on the dangers in “The Laramie Project” when it was about to be performed at a high school in Acton, Massachusetts. The school board, high school principal, and drama director fell right in line with GLSEN’s tactics and phraseology. The play’s director said,
The play is a powerful contemporary drama about hate -- what it can do to a student, a family, a town and a nation. It details how a community dealt with a tragedy and asks the hard questions "are the seeds of hate here, could this happen here?" The answer is yes, it could happen here. This play is meant to help people think about their attitudes, not only toward gays, but also to any group that experiences prejudice. There is prejudice here [in this high school]…
The high school principal said,
I understand that there may be differences regarding “The Laramie Project”; however, the administration at all levels supports the performance of the play at Acton-Boxborough this fall. We believe that the play encourages us to consider how the seeds of intolerance in a community can lead to violence. We support the safety and rights of all staff and students at Acton-Boxborough, including our GLBT members, and we expect the Acton-Boxborough community to do the same. Such support is essential to ensure a safe teaching and learning environment for all.
Our 2007 report commented:
This implies that there are community members not likely to support the safety and rights of everyone, and the principal lectures the critical members of the community that they’re not behaving properly by complaining. Are complaints about the play “intolerance” or “seeds of intolerance”?
From our report on “The Laramie Project” in 2007:
“I always say, don’t f**k with a Wyoming queer, cause they will kick you in your f**king ass.” -- “Matt was a blunt little sh*t” --“sh*t outta luck” -- “a freakin’ nightmare” -- “I was just bullsh*ttin around with my sh*t” -- “I was in deep-ass sand” – “they better watch their f**kin ass” -- “pi**ed him off” -- “good to be with people who felt like sh*t” -- “why’d you f**k up like that” – “he tried to grab my d**k” …
These are direct quotes from “The Laramie Project” – the fall play at Acton-Boxborough Regional High School, set to run the first two weekends in November. The play’s director says it has literary merit “worth six months of production time.” Certainly, it will teach students it’s OK to talk like this.
The school recommends the play for audiences “age 13 and above,” but it’s actually unsuitable for any audience. The play’s foul language is just one problem. It is also horribly violent, promotes homosexuality as normal, and undermines many parents’ values and authority. It manipulates the audience’s emotions through the language, violence, and blatant misrepresentations of Christians.
“The Laramie Project” exploits the savage 1998 murder of homosexual college student Matthew Shepard in Laramie, Wyoming for radical political ends. A jumbled compilation of interviews with Laramie residents, it is sorely lacking as drama — but effective as propaganda. The play essentially blames the murder on those holding traditional values. (A report from ABC News “20/20” in 2004 showed the killers were actually drug-using thugs intent on robbery. But the audience never learns this.) …
(For more of our report, see here and here. For quotes from the play and study materials given to students, go here.)
GLBT activists and GLSEN advocate the use of school drama programs to push their agenda. At the GLSEN-Boston “Beyond Boundaries” conference in 2004, for example, one of the workshops was entitled “Using Theater as a Way to Explore GLBT Issues in Schools.”
Tectonic also produced “Gross Indecency: The Three Trials of Oscar Wilde,” a play focusing on that author’s involvement in sodomy. “The Laramie Project” study materials given to teens in Acton led them to this play and the issue of sodomy laws. Another of Tectonic’s productions, “I Am My Own Wife,” is about “the life of Charlotte von Mahlsdorf, a transvestite who survived both the Nazi and Communist governments in twentieth-century Berlin.”

Very Angry “Safe Schools Czar” Kevin Jennings’ Fantasy: Water Torture for Opponents

Kevin Jennings, Obama’s “Safe Schools Czar,” is proud of his anger. We’ve already noted his membership in that very angry group, ACT/UP (and his recent funding of a pornographic exhibit celebrating ACT/UP at Harvard). So it's not surprising that he wrote of his profound anger at that time in his memoir, Mama’s Boy, Preacher’s Son (2006).
Jennings reprints his last chapel talk at the private school where he taught through 1993 (Concord Academy):
I tried witnessing one last time to help them [the students] understand what the world looked like from where I sat [as homosexual]. “This, most likely, is my last chapel, as my life’s course will soon be taking me out of the Boston area. I decided I would speak to you about an emotion with which I have often been closely associated during my years hear. That emotion is anger. ‘I know the anger that lies inside me like I know the beat of my heart and the taste of my spit. It is easier to be angry than to hurt…. It is easier to be furious than to be yearning.’ When I first heard these words, written by the black lesbian poet Audre Lorde, I experienced a shock of recognition. Anger is an emotion I experience daily as a gay man in a homophobic society…. [Re: the words of the Pledge of Allegiance, ‘with liberty and justice for all’] I became angry as I came to understand that those words were not true, and I plan to stay angry until that pledge is fulfilled.” (pp. 207-208)
He also wrote of the effect a youth’s suicide on him, as he was taking his group GLSEN national (in the mid-1990s). He fantasized about water torture for anyone who disagreed with his plan to “queer” the schools:
“I started thinking that I needed to view every lesbian, gay, bisexual, or transgender child as if they [sic] were my children and fight for them as ferociously as parents like Leslie [the mother of a boy who had committed suicide] had fought for theirs. This responsibility made me want to grab by the throat every timid administrator, every equivocating school board member, all of whom did nothing, and hold their heads under water until they begged for mercy and promised they’d protect my kids. I lost my patience for their excuses because of Robbie [the boy who had committed suicide].  (p. 224; emphasis in original)

Hate Mail Reveals Depth of Indoctrination in Massachusetts High School

After our report on the latest GLBT&P (for polyamory) indoctrination ploy at Concord-Carlisle High School (the student production of "Falsettos"), we received some hate mail. It clearly reveals the effectiveness of years of propaganda in this liberal community. How sad that the birthplaces of the American Revolution have been taken over by destructive radical ideas. Here are some unedited examples:

I would like to point out that your close minded, idiotic antics to keep people from truly expressing themselves and being able to be accepting is depraved and disturbing. JESUS WAS GAY, BITCHES!!!!!!!!! My point is that you need to relax and allow everyone to express themselves. I am a student at Concord-Carlisle, where we have NEVER had homosexual messages forced upon us, but we have been given the option to understand who other people are. We relish the opportunity to learn about differences in others- if we want to. Don't force your horrifically single-minded views on people who want to make a difference and will not be suffocated under such unaccepting bullshit.
PS Peter Atlas is the most amusing, amazing, OUTSTANDING teacher in the entire school. He's not aftaid to express himself but it only expands the acceptance that we are lucky enough to have at our school. Without such acceptance, we would be... well, just like you. Laughed at by the country for being so idiotic.

This message is in response to your article about the musical Concord-Carlisle High School will be doing soon this season, Falsettos.
The person who wrote this article obviously has a very shallow understanding of this musical. True on the surface the play is everything that this writer has stated but, if we only based our opinions on what we see on the surface; Then this writer should have no problem with me calling him a homophobic, chauvinistic, close minded bigot. The problem lies in that I have no personal interaction with this writer therefore, it would not be acceptable for me to make these assumptions.
This musical focuses on family, love, sacrifice, and loss; all of which I'm sure this writer can't relate to in his personal life. I invite this writer to take an honest second look to discover that no matter what sexual orientation, family situation, or religious belief; there are simple truths, which this musical explores, that we all encounter in our lives that connect us at a very basic level.

The article about Falsettos at Concord-Carlisle High School is wildly inappropriate. The show demonstrates that love is love no matter who is doing and receiving the loving. It is a realistic show about families that break up and change because of a difficult time one is going through. I have many close friends in the show and an outraged and offended that someone would print an article like this. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

You need to stop this intolerance and hate directed towards the students and adminstration of Concord Carlisle High School. Stop now, you are making me sick to my stomach reading some of your bigoted and prejudiced remarks. Do you realize students are receiving hate mail? This is probably in large part to your ignorant hate spreading articles. Please stop this insanity and welcome yourself to the 21st century where people are tolerant of other lifestyles.

As a member of a neighboring community, I am shocked and appalled at your gross accusations and lies against this show, CCHS, and Mr. Peter Atlas. First off, I know this school well and people who go and work there week in and week out, and your scathing and completely inappropriate article is one of the most outrageous things I have ever had the misfortune to read. I am genuinely afraid that there are people like you out there who seek to promote such misguided ideals. That being said, Mr. Atlas is a wonderful whom I have had the pleasure of meeting and from whom I have learned about the show. I have listened to the professional recording of the show, and the lyrics you posted, as well as many others in the show, are meant in jest and in good humor, and are not meant to be misappropriated and taken out-of-context as you so skillfully have done. To utterly bash the weeks and months of hard work these students and adults into this show is wrong and undermines everything ! they have worked to accomplish. I can only hope that radicals like this group will die out soon and realize the error of their ways. I know I'll be next weekend, as will any person who appreciates good theater and doesn't hate normal people and characters. Yes, normal.

I just sent this letter to the principal at CCHS:
Dear Mr. Badalament,
In response to the article about Falsettos in the MassResistance blog, I just wanted to write and express my unequivocal support for the presentation of this musical at CCHS, my support for the teacher who is directing it, and my support for the tolerant atmosphere promoted at CCHS towards differences, including sexual orientation. I think it is very important for young people to see a variety of different families, and to feel that they are loved and supported regardless of their sexual orientation or other differences.
I am very glad that my son is a student at CCHS where this open and tolerant attitude is the norm. You can feel free to quote from this letter and to use my name if that would be useful in any way.
Best regards,
M.T.F.

Acton-Boxborough's Fall Play Directed Students to Racist "Gay" Porn

No, our coverage of Acton-Boxborough Regional High School's outrageous fall play, "The Laramie Project," is not over. We will continue to connect our readers to more information as it surfaces.

"The Laramie Project" (and the study materials given to students in the production) references another homosexual propaganda play, "Angels in America" -- encouraging children to seek it out. Not having read "Angels in America," we didn't realize how vile it is. Now "Angels" is being exposed by an Illinois parent group, outraged that it was assigned in their high school. (See the excerpts from the play they've highlighted.) From Concerned Women for America's recent press release:

High School Officials Assign Racist “Gay” Porn;
State officials say it violates obscenity law but they can’t prosecute school officials

(3-6-08)

Washington, D.C. — Deerfield High School in Deerfield, Illinois, had assigned the pornographic book “Angels in America: A Gay Fantasia on National Themes” to students as required reading. When a group of outraged parents found out, they filed a formal complaint. Now the book has been changed to an “optional title,” meaning kids may still select the book for peer study under the direction of a teacher.

The book is replete with profanity, overt racism through multiple uses of the N-word, an explicit description of a sex act involving Mother Theresa and some of the most graphic, vile and vivid depictions of homosexual anal sodomy every put in print. (
Link to Excerpts – Warning: Extremely Graphic Sexual Content).

“After almost 15 years of school advocacy and reviewing many objectionable books and curricula, I have never seen anything this vulgar and harmful to students,” Lora Sue Hauser, Executive Director of North Shore Student Advocacy (NSSA), told Concerned Women for America (CWA)....

Keep Your Kids Home on the "Day of Silence"

Concerned Women for America is joining with MassResistance, American Family Association, and other pro-family groups around the country to oppose the "Day of Silence" planned in our schools for April 25 by the extremist organization, GLSEN. From CWA's Press Release:

National Coalition Urges Parents to Keep Kids Home on “Day of Silence”

COLUMBUS, OH -- A nationwide coalition of Christian and pro-family groups is calling for parents to keep children out of schools on Friday, April 25, 2008 — the day when thousands of middle schools, junior highs, and high schools will observe the 12th annual “National Day of Silence.”

Buddy Smith of American Family Association asserts, “It’s outrageous that our neighborhood schools would allow homosexual activism to intrude into the classroom. ‘Day of Silence’ is about coercing students to repudiate traditional morality. It’s time for Christian parents to draw the line — if your children will be exposed to this DOS propaganda in their school, then keep them home for the day.”

“It amounts to educational malpractice for school officials to engage in one-sided homosexual activism,” said Matt Barber of Concerned Women for America. “Our schools are supposed to be places of learning, not places of political indoctrination. It is the height of impropriety and cynicism for “gay” activists and school officials to use children as pawns in their attempt to further a highly controversial and polarizing political agenda.”

“Day of Silence” is promoted by the Gay, Lesbian and Straight Education Network (GLSEN), a homosexual activist group that targets schools. The event is typically organized by a school’s Gay-Straight Alliance (GSA) and is designed to pressure students to regard homosexual, bisexual, and transgender behavior as normal and worthy. Students and even some teachers remain silent throughout the school day, disrupting the teaching environment. Protesters wear t-shirts and hand out “speaking cards” protesting alleged injustice, harassment, prejudice, and discrimination toward “LGBT” people and their “allies.” ...

From Mission America, including the list of schools around the country that participate:

Help Stop the Political Hijacking of Schools
Boycott the April DAY of SILENCE!

[includes list of schools likely participating in the April 2008 "Day of Silence"]

This pro-homosexual day communicates clear (and false) messages to ALL students in the school that: homosexuality is a worthy lifestyle; that it has few or no risks; that some people are "born" homosexual, including students; and that those who oppose this behavior are hateful and uninformed.

We do NOT agree. The Day of Silence is, sadly, a day of deception. The facts do not support the implications noted above. Responsible parents and communities will oppose this message of corruption and well-informed schools that really care about kids will never allow this nonsense to take place on the school campus....

GLSEN Founder Kevin Jennings Leaving Organization

We wonder why? A while back, we remember reading that Jennings was not well. Read the press release from GLSEN (Gay Lesbian Straight Education Network).

What a lot of harm this man's done. While a teacher at Concord Academy in Massachusetts, he founded the first "gay/straight alliance" which served as a model for activists around the country. His GLSEN-Boston conferences distributed the Little Black Book to kids in 2005, and promoted fisting to teens in 2000.

Under Jennings' leadership, GLSEN cleverly devised ways of getting at all the kids in our schools: the Day of Silence (April), Ally Week (October), No Name-Calling Week (next week, Jan. 21-25, in many schools), and now even the "Transgender Day of Remembrance"!
GLSEN has a formidable list of national corporate sponsors. Have the sponsors seen the Little Black Book? Do they know about the"Fistgate" incident? Are they aware of the recent transgender/transsexual push?

Thanks, Kevin, for drawing our children into your twisted and unhealthy world. Wish you'd retired sooner.

Algonquin Club (left) will house a fundraiser tonight for the dangerous organization BAGLY (Boston Alliance of Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgender Youth). BAGLY funds also support the Mass. Transgender Political Coalition. BAGLY runs the hideous "queer" prom at Boston City Hall every May, capping the Youth Pride events on Boston Common.

See our photo galleries from the BAGLY queer prom in 2006 and 2007.

The Algonquin Club describes itself as "a peaceful haven for Boston's leading citizens to conduct business, socialize with family and friends, and enjoy the finest cuisine in an elegant setting."

The business to be discussed at this get-together? How best to convince young women to have double mastectomies and be the man they always wanted to be. And to collect referrals for gender therapists who will fit young men with padded bras and binders. Unbelievably, there will be many donors eager to give to this cause.

Boston "Gay" Community Seeing New Deadly Staph Infections

Boston is one of the cities seeing the spread of a dangerous new staph bacteria in the homosexual community. Reported in the San Francisco Chronicle on Monday:

S.F. gay community an epicenter for new strain of virulent staph (1-15-08):

SAN FRANCISCO -- A new variety of staph bacteria, highly resistant to antibiotics and possibly transmitted by sexual contact, is spreading among gay men in San Francisco, Boston, New York and Los Angeles, researchers reported Monday. The study released online by the journal Annals of Internal Medicine found the highest concentrations of infection by the drug-resistant bug in and around San Francisco's Castro district and among patients who visit health clinics that treat HIV infections in gay men in San Francisco and Boston....
"We are nowhere near the peak," Diep [head researcher at S.F. General Hospital] said. "The peak will occur when it spreads into the general population."
Diep said there is reason to believe that the more drug-resistant strain will make that leap because it is just a slight variant of USA300, which became one of the most common strains of MRSA in the United States only a few years after it was first detected.
The latest study focuses on the spread of the more drug-resistant strain in San Francisco and Boston, but reports of the bug are turning up in New York and Los Angeles....

[emphasis added]

For analysis, see Americans for Truth, Big City Homosexual Men Are Epicenter of New Virulent MRSA Staph Strain; More evidence that homosexuality is a public health hazard (1-15-08):

What a mystery … How could it be that so many infections are occurring in the “buttocks and genitalia” of San Francisco men (who have sex with other men)? …
Is this not an eerie reminder of the initial stories about AIDS — then called
GRID (Gay-Related Immunodeficiency Disease) – 25 years ago? It is unfathomable that after that plague, disease specialists and the media are now surprised at the correlation of new infections with homosexual behavior.
Wake up, medical and political establishment: homosexual behavior is unhealthy — no matter how many secular sermons you preach against “homophobia.” Due to liberal political correctness, which insists on treating aberrant — even deadly — behaviors and lifestyles as a “civil right,” we as a society don’t seem to have learned much from the AIDS pandemic. This latest news begs some serious questions:

- Why aren’t all schoolchildren being taught that there are special health risks associated with homosexual behavior and that they should “just say no” to homosexuality?...

And for more analysis, Concerned Women for America put out a press release yesterday:
Epidemic Feared — “Gays” May Spread Deadly Staph Infection to General Population (1-15-08)
... According to the study, at this point, homosexual men are 13 times more likely to contract the potentially deadly, drug-resistant strain of staph infection, but the fear is that, because the infection is spread via skin-to-skin contact, homosexual men may soon spread it to the general population.
Matt Barber, Policy Director for Cultural issues with Concerned Women for America (CWA), said, “The medical community has known for years that homosexual conduct, especially among males, creates a breeding ground for often deadly disease. In recent years we have seen a profound resurgence in cases of HIV/AIDS, syphilis, rectal gonorrhea and many other STDs among those who call themselves ‘gay.’
“The human body is quite callous in how it handles mistreatment and the perversion of its natural functions. When two men mimic the act of heterosexual intercourse with one another, they create an environment, a biological counterfeit, wherein disease can thrive. Unnatural behaviors beget natural consequences.
“In recent years our culture has adopted a laissez faire attitude toward sexual deviancy....

“Well, now the dangerous and possibly deadly consequence of what occurs in those bedrooms is spilling over into the general population. It’s not only frightening, it’s infuriating.
“Citizens, especially parents, need to stand up and say, ‘No More! We will no longer sit idly by while politically correct cultural elites endanger our children and larger communities through propagandist promotion of this demonstrably deadly lifestyle.’ "

[1-18-08 addendum] And Barber cites the study itself:
The study determined that the spread of MRSA, “among men who have sex with men is associated with high-risk behaviors, including use of methamphetamine and other illicit drugs, sex with multiple partners, participation in a group sex party, use of the internet for sexual contacts, skin-abrading sex, and history of sexually transmitted infections.” --- That’s a direct quote...

Listen Up, New Hampshire!

You've been warned about Romney before. A few days ago, WorldNetDaily published this:

"Family leaders call Romney 'disaster': Letter criticizes 'deceptive rhetoric' around candidate" (1-3-05)

A coalition of leaders on family issues has released a letter warning about what they describe as the deception being assembled around former Massachusetts governor and GOP presidential candidate Mitt Romney.

"Most of us are not allied with any presidential candidate," the
letter says. "But we are troubled by the unethical and Orwellian cover-up of Mitt Romney's role in catastrophic events in Massachusetts, once the cradle of American liberty. "Actions he took as governor were beyond the pale," the letter continued.

Signers include William Greene of RightMarch.com, Ted Baehr of the Christian Film and Television Commission, Linda Harvey of Mission America, Gary Glenn of
American Family Association of Michigan, Michael Heath of Christian Civic League of Maine, Ray Neary of Pro-Life Massachusetts, Nedd Kareiva of Stop the ACLU Coalition, Phillip Magnan of Biblical Family Advocates and others.

The letter cites seven issues seen as problematic in the Romney campaign, including a "phony pro-life 'conversion.' " ...

Calling for a "Mea Culpa" from Mitt Romney

An excellent summary of Mitt Romney's failure to act as a conservative when he was Governor here. Listen up, New Hampshire and Iowa!!! You cannot trust this guy. Posted on Renew America, by R. T. Neary, Director of Pro-Life Massachusetts and past president of Massachusetts Citizens for Life. (Excerpts:)

Please Mitt, at least a mea culpa
An open letter to our former Massachusetts governor
By R.T. Neary (12-17-07)

... On the campaign trail, you're asserting that you are "pro-life" because you are now in favor of overturning Roe v Wade. Are you asking us to believe that this posture is tantamount to being Pro-Life? Your current stance, which is the same as some of your competitors, is a states' rights position which doesn't interfere at all with the right to abort the life of a newly created human being. Why don't you make a firm pronouncement in favor of a Human Life Amendment, an uncompromising call for the protection of all innocent human life? This would be a genuine Pro-life position — and there's still time.

For decades, there has been a culture war raging nationally, and this state where you governed has been the site of major battles. During your tenure, over 100,000 of our future citizens were legally destroyed in this so-called commonwealth. Close to 10,000 couples of the same gender were issued "marriage" licenses, children were subjected to the vilest of sexual practices in tax-funded public schools, and one parent was jailed for voicing objections to it. Mitt, were you blind to all of this?

Are you still blind to the fact that to allow parents to donate embryos for scientific stem cell research is to sanction the willful destruction of an innocent human being? Yet, you're trying to make a fine point that you are opposed to "creating" embryos for scientific stem cell research. Sorry, it skirts the moral issue and doesn't wash. Even the scientists involved in the research have not denied to us that an embryo has all its DNA in place. All that is needed for him or her to breath like you or I do is that two conditions be met: provide the proper environment and the necessary time....

With regard to your opposition on the presidential campaign trail to same-sex "marriage," as Governor of Massachusetts, you literally had your finger on the switch. And you pushed the full speed ahead, rather than locking in the stop lever. You, as a Harvard Law School graduate, knew that the Supreme Judicial Court (SJC) had no authority under the Massachusetts constitution to pervert this millennia-old cornerstone of our society....

I reflect on the many calls I made under that Golden Dome on Beacon Hill, attempting to get support from your office for Pro-Life bills and especially a bill which would require advance parental permission for subjecting children to gross perversion in Sex Education in public schools. Never once could we get beyond the lowest contact level. Nor could we get even a discussion about the need for curriculum transparency, and the need for signed parental approval before subjecting children's minds to psychologically damaging material....

Mass. Commission on Gay & Lesbian Youth Designing "Safe Schools" Programs

Here are two prominent "transsexual/transgender" members of the Mass. Commission on Gay and Lesbian Youth. You can learn more about their vision for our children at the Commission's next public meeting coming up Monday, Dec. 17, 7-9 p.m. at the Brockton Holiday Inn.

Grace Sterling Stowell, Vice Chairman of the Commmission on Gay and Lesbian Youth, and Executive Director of BAGLY (Boston Alliance of Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgender Youth), which puts on the annual Queer/Trans prom at Boston City Hall, ending the Commission on Gay and Lesbian Youth's Pride Day celebration every May. Until we brought attention to it, Stowell directed youth to a "male-to-female" surgery web site on the BAGLY resource page.

Gunner Scott, founder of GenderCrash and trans activist about town, is pushing hard for the "Transgender Rights and Hate Crimes" Bill H1722 now filed in the Mass. Legislature. Here's Scott, profiled in Bay Windows: Scott believes that there is a whole group of people who are trans amorous (even if those individuals don’t comprise an identifiable community) and these “transam” folks also face transphobia. Scott, who now identifies as a genderqueer female-to-masculine person, speaks from experience on both sides of that romantic situation. “Before I came out as trans I was partnered with a transwoman. I was lesbian-identified and I lost more [queer] friends being with her than I did when I first came out [as trans].” Scott hopes that his trans activism will help create a world in which all people feel free to live in the identity that they most relate to....

Now, the Commission on Gay and Lesbian Youth is looking for new members. Their plan is to increase the number of youth members and "transgender" commissioners. The new transgender members will probably be in addition to the four openly trans members already on the Commission.

We're not sure if the Commission has re-defined "youth" yet, as Scott proposed at a meeting last March, to include ALL public school students, grades K-12. But possibly we'll soon be seeing a kindergartner or 1st-grader on the Commission! We're sure his contributions will be on a par with the current members' thoughtful ideas for inclusive, diverse, and safe schools.

Here's a list of current Commission members.

[From Bay Windows:] Mass. Youth Commission to meet in Brockton (12-12-07)

The Massachusetts Commission on GLBT Youth will meet Dec. 17 at the Holiday Inn in Brockton , the latest in a series of meetings held in different regions of the state to conduct commission business and meet with local youth and advocates to assess the situation of LGBT youth in Massachusetts. Thus far the commission has held meetings in Boston, Hyannis and Worcester, and in March the commission will hold a meeting in Springfield.

Jason Smith, chair of the commission, said a group of local youth will address the commission at the Brockton meeting and talk about the issues facing LGBT youth in their city. Prior to the public meeting the commission will also hold a private discussion forum with local LGBT and allied youth to hear firsthand about their experiences at schools, in their families and in their neighborhoods. The commission held a similar event at the Worcester meeting in October that brought out about 20 young people involved in local gay/straight alliances....

The meeting will include discussion of LGBT youth funding in the fiscal year 2009 budget and the state of the Department of Education’s Safe Schools program. Commissioners will also vote on a slate of new candidates to fill the slots of commissioners who have resigned. Smith said he was unsure how many prospective commissioners were on the slate, but many of them help the commission achieve its goal of increasing representation of various communities, including LGBT youth themselves.

"Most of the commissioners that have applied and that we’re looking at are youth or potential commissioners who are transgender, and there’s also a lot of people representing Western Mass," said Smith, who added that there are commissioners from southern Mass. and Cape Ann as well. "We’re definitely looking to regionalize." [emphasis added]

The Commission's next meeting (open to the public) is taking place at the Holiday Inn in Brockton next Monday, Dec. 17, from 7-9 p.m.

Bay Windows Attempts Cover-Up

Lies, filth, and cruelty: Bay Windows, the extremist homosexual/transgender Boston newspaper, has attempted to cover up their role in damaging an Acton minor youth, whose mother has exposed the dangers their radical community poses to our society -- and especially to our children.

They have tried to scrub from the web two articles where they piled on in the attack on this family, and even published the child's name, working with an accomplice blog, QueerToday. But MassResistance has saved these articles, and will preserve them for posterity. (They've told at least one person over the phone that they never published the Sept. 27 article!)

Here's the September 27 piece they don't want you to see (which appeared only online, not in their print edition): "Anti-gay activist's daughter allegedly in Laramie Project cast," by Ethan Jacobs, 9-27-07, ejacobs@baywindows.com. Mr. Jacobs secretly contacted the child via Facebook, trying to entice her to do an interview with Bay Windows.

Their October 4 edition contains their own editor's reference to this Sept. 27 column, and letters responding to it, which also made their print edition. Hard to cover that up. (Yes, Bay Windows, we've preserved your online version of this too.) They also tried to scrub an earlier article, which we've saved.

Clearly, Bay Windows belatedly realized that they were on very shaky legal ground reprinting lies from QueerToday, and going after a minor child. And they still are on shaky legal ground.

What High School Boys Don't Learn

There are serious health risks our high school boys never learn about when they're told to celebrate homosexuality in their GSAs and diversity assemblies. See Americans for Truth on what really happens to males who practice sodomy:
"Truly SCAAARY ‘Gay’ Health Quotes for Young Men; Why Aren’t Teenage Boys Warned of These Health Risks?" (10-31-07). This includes quotes from a book by a homosexual M.D. on just a few of the serious effects of anal sex.

Acton-Boxborough Regional H.S. Directs Kids to Sacrilegious Filth

If anyone still doubts the anti-Christian character and pure evil of the radical homosexual movement, they need to read the posting, "Queering Christ" [reprinted below] from the filth blog, QueerToday. This blog and its activists are currently in touch with Acton-Boxborough High School students because of "The Laramie Project" production there this week.

Want proof? The MatthewShepard.org web site, where the students are sent by the play, has a teen-friendly site called "Matthew's Place," where a "resources" page for Massachusetts goes right to BAGLY (the "Boston Alliance of Gay Lesbian Bisexual & Transgender Youth). BAGLY's former office manager ("Mark" below) is the founder and editor of QueerToday. One of its blogger/commenters ("Trevor" below) is BAGLY's current office manager. BAGLY is in direct partnership with the Mass. Commission on Gay and Lesbian Youth, and the homosexual clubs in our schools (GSAs), including Acton-Boxborough's, and puts on the queer/transgender high school prom at Boston City Hall each year. The director of BAGLY is a "male-to-female transsexual" who lectures children all over the state on the mysteries of "gender identity" and "sex changes." Bear in mind that people working in these "GLBT teen centers" do not undergo criminal record checks, but are all dealing with young teens (with the support of your local schools).

Back to the filth from QueerToday: We posted an excerpt and link to this vile sacrilege a little while back ("The Laramie Project and Hating Jesus", 10-1-07). Maybe it was missed?

Queering Christ [from QueerToday, 10-1-07]

Currently I am enrolled at a pretty Christian School, Andover Newton Theological School, in order to move forward with my ordination as a Unitarian Universalist minister. While I do not consider myself Christian I was raised both as a Christian and as a Unitarian Universalist. I have thus come to appreciate many of the stories within Christianity and have also been deeply hurt by the right wing choosing to use the revolutionary, anarchist, pro-liberation, Jesus against me and others I care about. Currently I am reading a VERY queer book for one of my classes. The book is Queering Christ by Robert E. Goss. So far the book is INCREDIBLE. My intention is to post some of my favorite highlights on queertoday in order for others to enjoy a very different experience of Jesus, one that does not make him the evil hater that so many choose to use him as. Do be aware that some folks may be offended by the sexual content of the passages I share over the next couple of weeks. I am not claiming that Christianity is easily made pro-queer, but so many folks are trying, struggling at times, and I appreciate their efforts. I hope we can all enjoy this queer perspective from a Jesuit priest, regardless of whether or not we are Christian...

"My technique of meditative prayer was to envision Christ with me and experience him as a lover. Scott Haleman, Betty Dodson, and Joe Kramer argue that masturbation can be spiritual and can become a form of transcendental meditation. Masturbation can harness fantasies and sexual energy. When prolonged, it can stimulate and extend pleasure. When fantasies are focused into making love with Christ, the experience opens itself to a fundamental and profound consciousness of God. My visualizations of Jesus were certainly explicit, erotically envisioning various forms of making love to Jesus the Christ. I had sexual intercourse with Jesus. Sometimes he was the top, and sometimes he was the bottom. My relationship with Christ was mutual and deep."

Roche Bros. Supermarkets Violate Community Standards

Regarding our latest report on the Roche Bros. Supermarket chain, and its complicity in undermining traditional values in the Acton-Boxborough community through ticket sales for "The Laramie Project" -- we have a few more tidbits to add:

A little bird told us that the Roche family, owners of the supermarkets, are "devout" Catholics. We also heard rumors that the Archdiocese has no problems with "The Laramie Project" and that Acton's parish priest is a supporter of the high school production. (We are trying to confirm these rumors.) Hmm . . . Once again, we wonder when the Catholic Church will get its house in order. And our true conservative Catholic friends will understand that we speak out of total respect for orthodox Catholicism.

We also wonder why Roche Bros. management spoke with at least one MassResistance supporter who called (to complain about their ticket sales) about a particular family in Acton involved in the "Laramie" fiasco, without any knowledge of complicating factors in their lives. This was a hideous violation of privacy, and Roche Bros. management should apologize to that family. They know who we mean.

"Laramie Project" in Acton-Boxborough Connects Kids to Dangerous Depravity

These images are on the "Friends" page of the Massachusetts Youth Pride Committee MySpace. This is where Acton & Boxborough parents supporting the high school play, "The Laramie Project," are sending their kids -- knowingly or not.

The first two images come from a "friend" called "Unwanted" -- who in turn sends kids on to a "friend" called "Professor Hackinshlash" whose profile states: "Female, 26, New Bedford. I ask for so little. Just fear me, love me, do as I say and I will be your slave."

Another typical "friend" on Mass. Youth Pride MySpace is "Syphillis", a drag queen who writes:
About me: What happened? Well a lot happened prior to the coming of Syphillis. There were a lot of drugs, a lot of sex, a lot of disease and yes, even a couple of unsuccessful drag attempts. I was once a club kid called "Bubbavicious" and I was a drag queen for a night by the name of Vagina Walls. In 1997 [we...] were bored and higher than f**king kites and decided to go to a new club called Trannyshack...."

(For more information on Mass. Youth Pride, see MassResistance's report on the 2007 event.)

"The Laramie Project" encourages kids to check out their gay club Common Ground ("GSA"), the MatthewShepard.org and Matthew's Place sites, and local "GLBT youth groups" including GLSEN Boston, Greater Boston PFLAG, BAGLY, and Mass. Youth Pride. All of these run events and conferences with unknown adult homosexuals and "transgenders" mingling with and "instructing" kids. Note that GLSEN Boston's MySpace friends include Transcending Boundaries (promoting transgenderism, sadomasochism, polyamory), and connects kids with the adults at Boston Pride. (Until recently, GLSEN Boston's MySpace included a friend called "Rev. Cockvomit" which posted hideous pornographic and Satanic images.)

So -- those 400+ parents who supposedly signed a petition to support the "Laramie Project" play know all about this? And still want their kids exposed? Shame on them.

"Ally Week" - Latest GLBT Assault on High Schools

A whole week devoted to getting kids to obsess on sex at school, with the administration's blessing: ALLY WEEK, sponsored by the radical national group GLSEN. [photo: GLSEN]

Across Massachusetts (and the country) schools are celebrating "Ally Week" -- one of GLSEN's newer projects -- which promotes homosexuality, bisexuality, and transgenderism. This propaganda assault lasts all week, not just one day like their "Day of Silence" in April. And it's following immediately on the heels of the national "Coming Out Day" (Oct. 11) sponsored by the Human Rights Campaign. Plus there's a coordinated effort to push October as "GLBT history month." October is shaping up to be a dangerous month for your kids at public schools.

Posters in Acton-Boxborough High School (just west of Boston) read:

Oct 15-19

Monday - AIDS Awareness Day - Wear Red
Tuesday - Transgender Day* -
Wear Yellow
Wednesday - InBetween** Day - Wear Green
Thursday - Blue Jeans Day - Wear blue jeans to show your support!
Friday - Matthew Sheppard [sic] Day*** - Wear Purple

*GLSEN's Ally Week site links directly to GLAAD's (Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation) page, linking kids to the National Center for Transgender Equality.
**Does this mean "bisexual"? or in between genders? or just anything "queer" they think of?
***The Matthew Shepard web site now has an expanded section appealing directly to young people called "Matthew's Place" and is promoting ALLY WEEK.
